David Mickelson

Dave graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Science degree in communication disorders in 1986 and furthered his education at the University of Wisconsin-Stout where he obtained a Master of Science degree in vocational rehabilitation in 1987.  After completing his formal education, Dave worked for a number of years in the private vocational rehabilitation sector before establishing Mickelson Rehabilitation in 1992.  Dave is a licensed Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant as well as a Certified Disability Management Specialist.  In his off time, Dave enjoys downhill and water skiing, golfing, hiking, gardening, and spending time with his family.  

Michael Anderson 

Mike has worked as a rehabilitation consultant since 1986–spending over 30 years as a QRC in Minnesota.  During that time, he has also performed environmental health and safety consulting and risk mitigation within the transportation, construction, manufacturing, and public entity sectors.  He graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Stout, earning both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees.  He currently provides Statutory Rehabilitation services to injured workers.  He also performs occupational health safety consulting and serves as a vocational expert.  When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching high school track & field, growing vegetables, and operating hand tools–some more effectively than others.

Samuel Jaquith

Sam has worked in the staffing industry for over 10 years.  Sam started in the Human Resource field while working for a national cleaning company being the Operations Manager for the Fargo/Moorhead office.  Sam graduated from Minnesota State Community & Technical College Moorhead in 2010 with a degree in Human Resource.  Sam continued his Human Resource work with two Twin Cities staffing agencies where he served as the Branch Manager.  While not working Sam enjoys running, cycling, hiking, camping and spending time with his wife and dogs. 

Lisa Weinkauf

​Lisa has been with Mickelson Rehabilitation for over 20 years providing assistance to the consultants as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the office.  In her spare time, she enjoys biking, hiking, nature photography and spending time with her husband, friends and family.
